Join the Škoda Auto Wind Band for a melodious evening, featuring the harmonious voices of the Ještěd Choir and charming tunes from the Jiřičky Children’s Choir. Enjoy solos by Markéta Amerighi, Radka Černíková, Karel Jakubů, accompanied by Martin Herrmann under the baton of conductors Kamil Mezihorák & Marek Müller. Join us for a colourful array of festive melodies and bask in the holiday spirit, brought to life by our exceptional musicians. 

The Škoda Auto Mladá Boleslav Wind Band has been operating as a civic association since 1996. Recognised as one of the top amateur wind bands in the Czech Republic and beyond,  it has welcomed a procession of musicians, singers, and conductors since it was founded in 1939-1940.  Over the years, the band has earned numerous awards both nationally and internationally thanks in part to collaborations with professional conductors. Engaging audiences at many events from festive and solemn ceremonies to anniversaries, national holidays, and sporting events, they also perform at festivals, competitions, and cultural events across borders.  Their repertoire spans pieces written especially for wind bands to inventive adaptations of classical compositions, musicals, church and folk tunes, and popular music. Additionally, they often partner with professional artists, offering an extra dimension to their performances.
