The "Petr Hapka's Junk Shop" concert project is a tribute to the music and legacy of one of the most prominent film and popular music composers on the Czech scene. It symbolically transports the audience to Petr Hapka's legendary garage in Okoř, a space filled with objects, memories, and inspirations that fueled his creative output. Alongside the performers, listeners have the opportunity to delve into his poetic world and discover well-known and lesser-known songs from the 1960s and 70s, originally sung by the rising stars of Czech pop music at the time, including Karel Gott, Hana Hegerová, Hana Zagorová, Karel Zich, and others.

The evening will be hosted by prominent figures from the Czech and Slovak music scenes. Regular guests at "The Junk Shop" include Michal Malátný, Kateřina Marie Tichá, Jitka Čvančarová, Petra Hapková, Hana Holišová, Sára Milfajtová, Lenka Nová, Jan Maxián, Dušan Kollár, Petra Hřebíčková, Jan Sklenář, and more. Haštal Hapka is responsible for the dramaturgy, arrangements, and musical direction.
