Culinary evening "TASTE OF MLÝNEC" with Láďa Vaníček

from 6:00 PM at Café Restaurant VÁCLAV, Škoda Museum

 

Experience the electrifying atmosphere and playground of flavors served to you by the famous chef from Prague's Mlýnec restaurant, Vladimír Vaníček.

Václav will be visiting Café | Restaurant for the second time and will prepare and present an exclusive four-course sustainable menu for guests, specially created for this evening.

In 2025, the Mlýnec restaurant became part of the Michelin Guide "Michelin Selected" and received a prestigious rating in the world restaurant guide Gault&Millau

"For the tasting dinner at Café Václav, I chose from popular dishes in Mlýnec and at the same time I was inspired by suppliers in the Mladá Boleslav area. I want to present the philosophy of our dishes from local ingredients and show how their sophisticated processing turns commonly available ingredients into a breathtaking experience," explains chef Láďa Vaníček

 

COLD APPETIZER

Smoked beef tartare, black garlic mayonnaise, beer wafer, mustard seed, fermented kohlrabi

FISH COURSE

Raviola with crayfish, pickled mushrooms, broccoli, lemongrass sauce

MAIN COURSE
Veal filet mignon, root vegetable puree, pickles, umami powder, bordelaise sauce

DESSERT
Disassembled cheesecake, sour cherries, coconut, salted caramel

You could also meet Láďa Vaníček and taste his menu at the Nova festival of flavors event in Prague's O2 universum.
